This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use this website. It describes how the site works today and will be updated if that changes.
What the site collects
The site has no accounts, no online checkout and no payment processing, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service. The site does not keep a copy of what you type into its order form.
Orders
When you use the order form, the site puts what you typed (your name, email, phone, items, date, servings, delivery address and any notes) into an order request and sends it to the bakery by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-handling service. FormSubmit receives the order in order to email it to us and handles it under its own privacy policy. Once it reaches the bakery, we use it to reply to you and to prepare your order. If sending fails, the form offers to open your own email app instead. Anything you send through Messenger or your own email app is handled by those providers under their own policies.
Third parties
- Hosting. The site is hosted on AWS Amplify, which may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested.
- FormSubmit. Order requests pass through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails them to the bakery. It has its own privacy policy.
- Facebook. Links to our Facebook page and Messenger chat take you to Facebook, which has its own privacy policy.
